Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Residents of California, Connecticut, Virginia, Indiana, Maryland, and other states have the right to formally opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information under applicable state privacy law. Submit a request on our dedicated page.

If you have received marketing emails from TGM Anchor Point about apartment availability, community specials, or other promotional content, you may opt out at any time by:
- Clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email you receive from us
- Emailing us directly at info@tgmcommunities.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line
Please note: opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional communications related to your lease, maintenance requests, or community notices, which we are required to send as part of your tenancy.
Access, Correct, or Delete Your Information
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to access a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, or request deletion. To make any of these requests, visit our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page or contact us directly.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
TGM Anchor Point recognizes the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or device sends a GPC signal when you visit our site, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising purposes — consistent with Connecticut CTDPA requirements effective July 1, 2026, and California CPRA requirements.

Connecticut Amended July 1, 2026
Opt out of sale, targeted advertising, and profiling. Right to access, correct, delete, and appeal. GPC signal recognized.
California
Opt out of sale and sharing. Limit use of sensitive personal information. Right to access, correct, delete, and portability. GPC signal recognized.
Virginia
Opt out of sale and targeted advertising. Right to access, correct, delete, portability, and appeal.
Indiana
Opt out of sale and targeted advertising. Right to access, correct, delete, portability, and appeal. Effective January 1, 2026.
Maryland
Opt out of sale and targeted advertising. Right to access, correct, delete, and portability. Effective April 1, 2026.
All Other Residents
We will honor opt-out and data requests from all U.S. residents as a matter of good practice, regardless of whether a state privacy law currently applies.
